    There was a very interesting article published on 7 Feb, on how being kind to yourself has mental & physical benefits following a study by the Universities of Exeter and Oxford – link attached

    I think it is very important, as I know I can occasionally be too tough on myself..

    Hi AnnieD , very interesting article, also very true I always used to beat myself up over things but since doing Mindfulness do not do this hardly at all now. and also noticed I am much happier than before. don’t get me wrong as with everyone else we all have off days but for me they are fewer than before.

    Hi Lee – to me you’re our mindfulness guru! I’m still very happy with my little mindfulness exercises too – and yes I agree less dark days as a result! take care & best wishes AnnieD
