Does anyone know where I can buy this in the UK? I also suffer from Fibromalygia, and after Marina’s words I really want to try it, but can’t get my doctor to prescribe as he said it has to be done through my neurologist (an appointment could take 6 months).

I currently take Tramadol, and it has worked well but after taking it a few years its losing its efficacy, so really want to give Palexia a go. But can’t find any websites in the UK that sell it.

I take it, and regular chemists can get it.
Palexia is the boxed name, its actually Tapentadol.

It has to be prescribed by a pain clinic as per NHS protocol. I dont believe a standard GP can write a prescription for it.
Its £1200 per box, so super expensive for the NHS to purchase. You also wont be able to buy it online. Its a Class A drug.
