Welcome to the forum! Like Lee & Annie have advised there’s a wealth of information on this site to help you handle your chronic pain. Plus you’re in very good hands with the Freeman, (as I’m originally from your neck of the woods). Have you been referred to the chronic pain service? I found this really useful too as they can offer a range of services and treatments too.
