Hi AnnieD, Wow you sound happy and excited, good posture is all important, along with good inner core strength. you’ll be surprised how much it helps and can lower pain levels. I’m not saying its a cure and you probably still get your pain and flare ups just dont over do it. like i sit on the ball when had enough sitting on a chair have a small gentle workout like i said at computer ect. as over time you dont realise your even doing it . i been doing it for about 5 years now and posture and core strength so i’ve been told is pretty good by my physio. and like you say can keep moving and going longer and sit longer than i used to. i still get pain sitting and walking to long and can stiil over do it sometimes. just got to be careful and use pacing methods to keep going. listen to your body and what its telling you. you know when to stop and also when you’ve reached your max. hardest part is knowing when to stop before your pain level rises above your normal. as you say onwards and upwards! keep up the good work and happy you found something that helps you. best wishes and take care.
