Hi Laura – yes it sure does, I feel a cold draught up my trousers, but it only affects my right buttock, and nowhere else. I’ve been told it’s linked with the nerve damage, and it’s just an abnormal nerve sensation, and it’s usually when I start to suffer with numbness/loss of sensation. I’ve found since 6 November when the cooler weather has started to kick in, it’s started up again. So I’m not sure if it’s your contracted muscles (not that I can feel this happening) which is then pressing on a nerve.
