thanks for this Jan, I tried this with an attitude for mindfulness and found this a quicker response to lessen your actually reduced somewhat. it was only my normal pain level when tried, and not high pain levels that I sometimes get. I’ll try this again and mix it with mindfulness. and see if I can get better and quicker results but seems to work. but you must be open minded to it all. best wishes and take care. Lee
