Hi Hope – so sorry to hear you’re feeling so low at the moment, I reached my lowest ever point last summer. In life’s rollercoaster ride of ups and downs – it took a long time to get back on that upward slope. That’s what I focus on, and have to break everything down into smaller tasks when having a rough time, and celebrate small achievements along the way, it can sometimes be hard to be kind to yourself, but it does help. I find mindfulness focus on the breath helps to calm me down when I’m brain frazzled.
