Hi Ray, yes I have, it’s basically phyio and traction where you basically lay on a bed and the bottom half of bed moves with weights attached to you to try and release the trapped nerve. over a period of a few weeks, basically stretches your spine. you can try this method. ask your GP or Surgeon if your under one. if this does not work for you then afraid only option is surgery, or keep going at it, the physio will let you know when its not working. if it does work, Great, downside there is a chance that your symptoms can come back, depends what you do like jumping off back of lorries, constant bending ect. I do sincerely hope this method works for you then you’ve escaped surgery. take care and best wishes. Lee
