Hi, All, MrsH, funny you should say that I tend to lean on CBT and combine the more buddhist side of mindfulness
Longtallgal the Tens I have has different modes and frequencies so tend to alter it about every half hour so your not just getting the one frequency and your body doesn’t get used to the one. funny how you say stuff and it helps people it does help my mood somewhat when you know you have been of some use. take care all and best wishes ,tomorrows another day hope it’s a better one.
