Anyone who has pudendal neuralgia shoudl not do kegel exercises or anything to tighten the pelvic floor muscles. What’s needed for Pudendal neuralgia is to relax the muscles in the pelvic floor. Our hospital has a specialist pelvic floor physiotherapist. Wish I could remember the books she gave me about PN and which muscles to relax. I had it for the worst year of my life. It was excruciating. Thankfully an osteopath managed to release the muscles that were trapping the nerve and as long as I never sit n a hard chair, it stays away. I Use two strips of memory foam with a gap between and put them inside a large cushion cover.
