Hi AnnieD and Helen, I do something similar but I dont actually write anything mine is more mentally and practically which is something i learnt through doing mindfulness something like to pick up a stone that catches your eye and imagine you are that stone, right from the beginning when and how it formed and over the years how it shaped itself and like that stone some of us are smooth and polished while others are rough and course.at least on the outside while some look plain others are beautiful but all have detail hidden inside some feel worn down others are battered by the knocks they recieve some are tough others fragile all stones are like ourselves but all are different showing one face but hiding inside of them are the cracks crystals and some are brightly coloured all similar but unique. i do this with stones, flowers any bird i see, butterflies anything really that catches my eye.to feel the gratitude that iam lucky to be here. take care and best wishes to you both.
