I have CS with Myelopathy and after my first op last year I started getting dizzy spells my surgeon said it had nothing to do with my neck. My GP however disagreed with him and said it was and he put me on Vertigo tablets. It took a few weeks for them to kick in but once they had I haven’t had a spell since so might be worth asking if you haven’t already tried them.
