Yes i too suffer from CS like yourself but i also have Fibromyalgia which affects my neck too.
However i am having an MRI scan on my neck this coming week as been having whooshing sounds in my head which is making me become dizzy and disorientated too.
I was also told by my Gp that the whooshing sounds could be a the vertebral artery or like you a nerve problem in my neck.
I too have days like yourself and weeks at a time and then it settles.
