Thanks for the replies. I do know 1 person who tried Lyrica & gained weight & another who was warned that they might gain weight with Amitriptyline.
Before my ADR op I was in a lot of pain & had no appetite which is the norm for me when I have pain issues. I haven’t put on a lot of weight but had to be careful with my diet. My increased appetite might be a bit of both – minimal pain & side effects of the tablets which I’ve been on for 6 months. In addition since I turned 41 I noticed that I do seem to put weight on more easily.
