Hi Robbie – have you had an mri of your neck at all??
I ask because I have prolapsed discs and severe spondylosis in my neck and I can get terribe eye pain, usually with me it involves any movement to the eye or it can be in the eye or over the eye and be like toothache. I did not believe it was coming from my neck until a physio massaged my neck in one place and I had unbelievable eye pain for 24 hrs afterwards which rather proved a point!
Another thing is that have you had your thryoid checked out with a blood test as thryoid eye disease although mostly painless can cause eye pain and redness but usually also causes slight protrubance of the eye as well???
Thought it was worth asking just in case.
