I know its easier said then done but just try to take 1 day at a time not to think ahead about going back to work nobody knows what the future holds and thinking ahead just makes you feel depressed. Your such a strong support to so many people on this site so let us be there for you. dont you ever worry about letting off steam. Take good care of yourself sweetie and try and take things easy before your op dont push the walking if its flaring you up.
