Thanks Jan and although she would be reluctant to share her home I have no doubt she would see it as a better option as almost all nursing homes are forced into restricting movement in order to maintain their responsibilities. I have looked at the site and also have no idea as to the cost as a pose to nursing homes but would imagine it would be more expensive. I suppose the hard bit for me and why I am so stressed about it is the fact that nothing is cut and dried and one day is nothing like another. The bottom line is that I can do nothing to change much but just do the best I can as things crop up on a day to day basis. I never realised how hard it is to try and pick up on someone elses life affairs especially when in a tired and weary state oneself. I keep telling myself that maybe it is doing me good!
