Mum continues in her own home with Carers but come up with a big problem. Have Enduring PofA to cover all needs but the GP says that Patient Confidentiality does not allow communication other than with the patient. Therefore she gets no follow up appointments after tests etc as apparently it is down to her to make appointments with her GP. That she is incapable of doing or understanding what is going on if she did. Effectively she is flying under the radar and ignored. I am unable to help her for a while and wondered if there is an Organisation that can help her while I am unable. I have an appointment with her GP next week and also wonder if anyone else knows a way to make progress in what appears to be a dead alley
