Thank you for all your supportive advice I really appreciate it, it helps a great deal and I will start using them on Monday after work. My only concern is that I expected them to start me on 5 but they have started me on 10 so I suppose the impact might be a little more forceful but never mind maybe that means I will get it over and done with all at once and maybe that is because I have been taken oramorph for the last few months.
