It was me that posted the Yellow card scheme. Its a government agency , the site says
“The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is the government agency responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices work, and that they are acceptably safe. We keep watch over medicines and devices, and take necessary action to protect the public promptly if there is a problem.”
I think this is where GP’s are also supposed to report side effects etc…………
