Hi All,

A bit better today, had to laugh at all the typo’s in my last post as I was in a rush. Had a better night last night and am more stable this morning, had to use a plug though when doing the school run….LOL..
Steph, I too found it hard from the 5mg to the 10mg. When upping this to 20mg did not notice the same side effects. I empathise with you for your children as you feel you are in a fog most of the time and not being quite there for them. I wish getting the balance of medication right was an easy process but things will get better in the future I feel.
Myrtle, I don’t think it is a good idea to cut the patches in half. I do not think the absorption rate across the whole patch is accurate enough to cut one in half and get a uniform dose. The next time you take one off have a look at the drug side and you will see what I mean.
