To give my back a break I decided to try the butrans on my outer upper arm and it definitely doesn’t work so well for me there, although as I said it hasnt been as effective as when I started anyway
Has anyone else found it is less effective on the arm?

Hi Annen, I am interested to see what you put about upping the strength of your transtec but not feeling as dopey as when you started. That gives me hope if I “up” my patch. As you say I can always come down again or try transtec if it doesn’t work.
What do you use for break through pain??

Hi Steph, how is it going with the temgesic for top-up’s? just wondering if that would be better than tramadol which I take.
