Good to hear you have some action being taken. I am also waiting for my SCS referral – there are lots of previous postings on here about those and lots of very helpful people like Rob who have already had them and been so generous with advice.
Also if you google Spinal Cord Stimulator and then put +Mayfield you will find an excellent article (American I think, but very informative) with diagrams etc. which I found very useful.
Hope the referral wait isnt too long, mine is taking ages as I need the Primary Care Trust to agree that I can go to a hospital out of my area!
