hi Jane,
I dont know to much about this procedure only what a friend of mine has told me. It is quite a big operation and it sound pretty involved. i know she has had a few problems with an abcess that formed and she has suffered a couple of infections but despite all of this she does not regret having it done and it has made a major improvement to her life. But do some reasearch on it and if you decide to go ahead with it let us know how you get on
