I agree with Di, go to the Dr and they can refer you to an Occupational Therapist who will assess you for the correct wheelchair.
They take measurements, I had an extra head support for my neck which is removable. I didn’t have to pay for the chair, they can be very expensive, it’s made the world of difference to me.
I’ve managed holidays abroad since having the wheelchair and the airlines we’ve travelled with have been great in this country and returning. My surgeon is very supportive about using the chair-if it improves the quality of my life he says go ahead. I don’t use it every week or every time I go out but it’s an essential part of my life
