Today my son came to take me shopping so I was able to stock up a bit, I had an email from my daughter who is in Mexico at present doing some climbing with her partner and the sun is trying to shine.I can now start leaving my back brace off for a few hours and so far no ill effects..Doreen, I am so glad that your treatment went well and I really enjoyed getting your email last week.
