It can’t be a pressure sore; it’s above my waist dead centre along my spine. Not an area that ever touches anything, not even when I’m in bed since my spine is very deeply indented.
Yes it is as painful as shingles and they were pretty sure it was a virus almost identical to shingles. It burns.
