Thanks all of you for your support i have so much more pain than usual at the moment and i am not working and I think that that is not helping my patience. Also I am using max medication at the moment so it befuddles me quite a lot which I hate. But I was so frustrated when I realised that my information had been lost and an appointment had not even been made. I can wait when I know things are moving along but when mistakes are made its hard to stay patient. Sometimes its very obvious why they call us that, patients I mean. Hopefully now I have contacted them I will be back in the system again I will just try not to think about all the time I have lost. Claire
