The book is in part only and I will mail it to you in the next few days to your e.mail. It was started some time ago and unfortunately things went pearshaped with me on several health issues and the whole thing got put on hold. If I am honest with myself it may never get completed. However there is a lot of information there provided by others on the forum and people I met in hospitals which may help you decide. My own battle was getting to implantation and that is covered also. You are welcome to what is complete. Good idea to get hubby as a Carer while he is available!
