I have to say that I have no idea what the relationship is between the NHS in England and the NHS in Wales. However as Europeans we have a right to seek treatment within the EU if our own cannot provide. As an outsider I would tthink that Frenchay are your closest and best option and Liz (if she is monitoring) will pick up on this. There are recommendations by scs manufacturers that don’t restrict an inexperienced Surgeon going ahead by law but are substantiated by statistics and common sense.wiith the right research should get you playing a game where you can get to where you want to be (Frenchay) Best of luck and it has had a great element of success for me …but it is not a cure.
