YES i have been in agony since Christmas (have FM/ME like yourself.
My shoulders and neck and down my arms are the worst and anything i do is soooooo painful.
Also my whole back and legs are bad this weekend as well.
Nothing i take or do makes any difference either.
I will say that when Spring arrives my pains do ease alot as the weather isn’t so damp, cold and windy.
