I’ve had hell with my knees but i also have lowr back probs, arthritis, i experience constant parathesias in and around my knees, and parathesias all down my legs, i have to work through this, and its hard. Stretchings so important, and so is muscle building, flexibility etc..thats why its good to find the right physio to build your confidence up to know you’re on the right track. If all these consultants and their like can’t find a problem withing the knee, and just want you to cover up with painkillers it has to be what i’ve just been talking about. I’m on painkillers for a multitude of reasons, my doctor feels thats the answer to shut me up, but first we get the problem, get laid up, then the muscle wastage sets in making it even harder work to get it back, best of luck
