I am just going through the process of trying to obtain a copy of my latest MRI. I phoned my pain consultant’s secretary who sent me a copy of the report, but not the images! A call to XRay and I learned that I have to go down, fill out a form, show photo ID and pay £15. This will include the images and the report.
