Hell Ross that makes for upsetting reading and so brilliant that you have remained so realistic in your approaches. Not that there is an alternative…sadly. The real interesting point is that the pain scale doesnt really account for much and maybe would be better “how miserable do you feel today compared to a good day last week”
We Whimpy here has had the stitches out and still got the croaking like a bullfrog and not eating too well at all. What I do eat returns the in route when I lie down so I have a docs appointment tomorrow. Sleep is thin on the ground but Im a firm believer that when all else fails the body conks when its ready.
