Hi, Ive had a spinal cord stimulator for 18 months now and have no trouble having MRI and CAT scans. When I asked if it was ok to have an MRI scan last year the operator said it was fine. However, I do ask not to be scanned at airports and am wheelchaired through and then they use a handheld scanner etc.
