Log into the manufacturers web site and enter your details and takes apporox 3 weeks for the card to arrive. If you struggle then your Consultant should do it for you. Remember to carry a med id that warns against certain proceedures and a letter from your GP rgerding security systems when travelling. Ha ha ….and a brief case to put it all in.
HI sarah…been a bit hectic but am all ready and nicely stressed now. They correct blood on friday and then get me set up on sunday for implantation monday. Hope it all goes ok for you tomorrow take care
