The metal stitches seem to be in common use now and certainly easier than the old needlework. I believe there is a nice whacking stitch internally to hold the stim from flipping in most cases.
Oh dear!! I had a laid awake time last night really going through everything and was it worth the risk. I have been there before but last night I wasnt that constructive. The end result was as I have always maintained which is that extra quality of life is essential to me. It would be a matter of nothing to consider had the trial got me back to life as was and the realisation that will never be was a slight disappointment. Should not have set my sights so high but we all live in hope ! So it is back to roll on Feb !
