I have tried these pads from time to time, I have been on medication whilst using them, I didn’t realise you weren’t supposed to – oops! they gave me some relief, I still use them from time to time. I have also used Biofreeze, this is herbal and specialists and doctors have approved me using it. They now sell it in chemists. It’s almost the opposite to the heat pads, it feels freezing when you first apply it, afterwards it feels warm, for inflammation, for me, it’s great. I suppose if you are worried about using the heat pads and taking medication you should speak with your G.P and see what they say. I hope you find something that gives you some relief. JP.
