Hello All
The education morning was a great help. It seems they start the trial on a Monday and remove the threads on the Friday. You don’t have to go back at all. Just shows how different Consultants work doesn’t it. Hopefully this will be Dec Jan, then the implant April May. They send you home from the implant with 3 days anti biotics, not sure how soon they see you after that.
I feel very encouraged that he stressed that the device helps best with leg pain, which is what I have. Not so good for thoratic pain, but worth having the trail even for that.
