The doctors mean well, but they don’t understand, a recent referal i really needed was held up, ignored for 2 weeks by his secretary, then she said sh’ed post it, she could have faxed it the first day, the doc gave it priority, or so i thought, we all need, in amongst all this illness, a really good sense of humour
