Bazzer have you tried going to ” action on hearing loss” was r.n.i.d they have certain ways to help with tinnitus. I am a profoundly deaf person also suffer with tinnitus, i have to wear my h.aids or i am in a world without sound i do think if you tried wearing your h. aids they would help eliminate the sounds of tinnitus.
Abbey you must make sure your husband is looking at you when you speak, if he won`t wear his hearing aids perhaps he can learn to lip read.
