Hi Mez and so sorry to hear your in so much pain.
I took Pregabalin (Lyrica) a while back for nerve pains with Fibromyalgia and was also taking Fluoxentine and had been for years.
My Rheumatologist put me on prozac as there is evidence it does help with nerve pains and not just for depression and its helped me alot and i would’nt be without it.
Unfortunately i reacted to Pregabalin so had to come off it.
Hope this helps. It will take a while to work. Maybe two to four weeks before you notice anything.
