Pip…this is in danger of obsessing me haha. I think we have the same manuals and mine was issued updated in November 2011. It is marginally different from my original two and a half years before. Like most I read the neccessary bits for me..bit like my car which I have had over six years and still discover things that most would in the first week as I rarely drive or get in it. However my scs is there everyday functioning and now I am wondering if any of us are given enough info to get the best out of it. We are looking at the disadvantages and maybe we should also look at the malinformed advantages that are there but we just dont know about. We walk away happy implanted but could we be happier? I am blessed with total control of mine other than things that have to be shot through by the
main remote installation programmer. All becoming a bit of a jungle nightmare but I think that one thing is apparent. We are not exactly over informed..almost under informed,We will work at it
