Oh wow Steph. This explains a lot. I have gone through four in the last year or so…..didn’t even think about scs…..duh. The heat is well away from the device but I guess as Rob said the field from the cable is still nearby and causing problems! I just love my heat mad though and life would be much much worse without it…..guess I’ll just have to be super careful about where the leads are!
