Induction hobs are a wonderful invention and I beloieve they are more scs friendly providing you dont pretend to be a pan. I have worked with all sorts of hobs domestic and commercial and their is no doubt they are the best especially for anyone with cats. No more spillages and fats fast cooking. Pans tend to be more expensive but well worth it. I wouild like to think that scs overcomes the magnetic problems in the future albeit not with strong commercial forces. Does anyone know if it is the poles attracting or repelling that causes the problem? Or even why it does?
