Hi Avril I have also been diagnosed with Diverticulitis, but it took me a while to realise that it was one particular thing I was eating. I am allergic to certain foods but it was something I didn’t eat all the time that was starting it off. Make a note of things you had eaten before an attack and see if you can work it out.
