The fact is that DLA is awarded on capability to manage rather than medical evidence. The benefits system is under a huge change. Importantly I need my dla to help me afford to get around as costs are far higher than the normal shoe leather to get from a to b. I also have to continually pay out for my care as I cannot manage either. The course at the moment is to appeal.
