Without wishing to rain on parades do not take advice on drug combinations from anyone other than your GP or Consultant. Drugs “left over” in the drawer may or may not be suitable as they are prescribed at different times. Tramadol withe some patients should not be given with fentanyl and the same applies to all drug combinations. The wrong combination can prove fatal.
