Well Bazzer like you I have finally found it not to be a help after all, felt i had to give it a proper try and then asked consultant who said give it up if it hasn’t helped (in fact made things worse) after 10 days. So there we are – something else unpleasant that I’ll never have to try again, just in case it might have helped.
