I’ve been using the capsaicin cream for a few months now. Like you, i have difficulty getting it to the places that I can’t easily reach. I have tried one of those long handled sponges that you can buy in a chemist – just put a ‘blob’ on the sponge and try and ‘aim’.
On other occasions i have put the cream on a sticky pad (like the disposable heat pads)….I have found that I can just about manage to grip the pad and get it in the ‘right position’.

The other thing I always do is to put a disposable glove to apply the cream – I don’t know if it is just me, but even though I wash my hands after using it, there seems to be some left on……as I have discovered when I have rubbed my eyes!! lol
